SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
All units MUST be drained and dried completely. If units are not drained and any liquid is present, they could be considered hazardous waste. You may ship items for refining using the carrier of your choice. USI suggests that you insure the shipment based on your estimated value, which can be calculated using weights. Please include a Silver Return Refining Packing Slip with the shipment containing the following information: Company Name, address, contact person with phone number, the type of units being sent with their serial numbers, and the shipping tracking number. Please FAX a copy of the packing slip to 1-262-334-6222.
